Build Your Estimate

What Would This Actually Cost?

Answer a few questions about your business, pick the services you want, and watch the monthly number build as you go. No obligation, no sales call required to see an estimated price.

Step 1

Tell us about your business

These answers drive the pricing. Everything updates live in the estimate panel.

Accounting fees scale with revenue. Leave this blank and we use the bottom of your band, which gives you the lowest estimate in the range. If you do enter a figure, it has to sit inside the band you picked.
Not sure? Most operators with inventory or vendor terms are on accrual.
Step 2

Choose your services

Pick one or both. They are staffed differently, so it is worth reading who you actually work with on each. Taking Accounting Services earns a bundled rate on Fractional CFO advisory.

Step 3

Onboarding and getting caught up

Onboarding is part of every engagement we take on, and where the books need catching up, a stabilization sprint comes with it.

That work is priced separately, once we understand your business. It ranges from simply transitioning you off your current provider, all the way to a full cleanup and catch up of up to a year of financial information.

We scope it during discovery rather than guessing at it from a form, so it is deliberately not part of the estimate on this page.

Step 4

Send it to yourself

We will email you this estimate and follow up to talk through it. Your full breakdown travels with the submission, so nothing gets lost.

QuickBooks Online is our specialty, and we are an Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor at Gold tier. On something else? Still worth a conversation.

These are estimates only. A full assessment of your business is necessary to confirm any final fees. Submitting this form does not commit you to anything.
